AJ McGuire

As the owner of the shop, AJ has been working hard since 2015 to make Dead Drift a great place to work, get tattooed, and connect with other tattoo enthusiasts. He's been tattooing since 2008, starting his tattoo career in Colorado, although he hails from Buffalo, NY (Go Bills!). When he's not at the shop, you can probably find him enjoying time with his wife and daughter or fly fishing and hiking in the mountains.

AJ is known for his unique, illustrative traditional style. He enjoys tattooing plants, flowers, animals and especially fly fishing related designs, all of which are custom made for each client. Typically AJ is booked out a few months in advance, but occasionally has a spot or two open up last minute.
